Guacamole:
3-4 large ripe avocados, mashed
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 small onion, diced fine
1 small jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon tobasco sauce
1-2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
