Pear-cheese pie

The recipe I use is adapted from an old Better Homes and Gardens cookbook. The original recipe calls for a graham cracker crust and a meringue topping, but I don’t like either. So I leave off the meringue and use the basic pie crust recipe from The Joy of Cooking.
