In honor of spikendru’s Cinco De Mayo card, I post guacamole!
5-6 ripe avocados
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
4-6 large cloves garlic, minced
1 small jalapeno, diced
1 dash tabasco
Several dashes Worchestershire sauce
Juice of 1 small lime
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
